bumming around

well the reason i haven't written on here lately is because i haven't done much! i had a job interview last week, and apart from that i've been shopping a few times (it was supposed to be for my sister's birthday but i ended up spending more on myself, how terrible is that?), saw 'wedding crashers' which was pretty good, played tennis for the last few days and otherwise mainly been bumming around as usual watching tv and movies. i'm starting to run out of movies now though, major tragedy! well actually i have quite a lot of movies that i haven't seen before but i have no more chick flicks haha.

my sis had her bday party on fri which was fun, i didn't know about half of the ppl there which was really weird although i guess it's just cos i've been away for a year!

i miss 2 of my friends who aren't here for the summer, i haven't seen either of them since the easter hols. one is helping out at a summer camp in america and one is climbing mount kilamanjaro! kinda makes me feel like i should be doing something other than sitting around all day posing in crazy hats. tut tut lisa

sofa dancing, fit men, etc.

last week i mainly just bummed around until friday, when i went to nottingham to stay in my friend's flat for the weekend. we went out on friday night where i invented sofa dancing (half lying/half sitting, it looks kinda weird but is lotsa fun!) and then to alton towers (theme park) on sat, and we'd only had about 3 hrs sleep so it was v exhausting. i only got on 5 rides in the whole day haha! 'air' was amazing, it's one of those rollercoasters where you're lying on your front, super cool.

i'm gonna try and catch up on going to the cinema this summer cos i didn't go at all last term. i saw 'mr. and mrs. smith' last week and although the plot wasn't the best, it was still funny and worth seeing. plus brad pitt and adam brody are hot! oh and speaking of sexy people, andy roddick was looking very tasty in wimbledon last week, mmm...

today i tried looking for summer jobs but every shop i went into had no vacancies, boohoo. i'm gonna try in london tomo so hopefully will have better luck!

ok i know that was a pretty boring post, when i find inspiration i'm sure i will be back to my usual fascinating self. hah
